Submitting an application for membership in Mocha Sisters Organization provides for you a way to contribute and give back to your community via programs we plan to support throughout the year (e.g. Mocha Sisters Organization® Signature Events).

If you intend to file an application, you must fully understand all of the substantive and procedural requirements. Moreover, you must be in a position to provide in timely manner information that addresses how you will satisfy the standards for admission and other applicable statutory and requirements. Our Branch Officers are available to answer your questions before and during the application process. 

Application Process & Requirements:

Plan to attend at least two Mocha Sisters Organization® activities listed on our event's page before submitting an application. 

Membership applications can only be requested at open houses and volunteer activities.

Attend a New Members Orientation.

Application must be turned in with your annual National and Local membership dues.

National Annual Dues

$10 DREAM Membership (Grades 6-12)

$25 Latte Membership (Age 18-20)

$35 Regular Membership

$45 Business Membership

$60 Associate Membership

Members will receive MSO Shirt, Pen, Welcoming Letter from the National Director of Membership, Membership Discounts to National Chain Companies, Membership Folder, and Membership Card.  

Branch Dues for Latte, Regular, Business, and Associate members is based on local operating budget for the year.
